1. Who we are

Kliv Tecnologia Ltda. ("Kliv", "we") is the controller of personal data processed on this institutional site (kliv.com.br). Our commercial model is a per-development contract with VGV revenue-share — we don't charge for licenses or subscriptions.

2. Data we collect

This site only collects data through the "Book a demo" contact form:

• Contact data: name, email, phone (optional), development being launched, and message — provided voluntarily by you (legal basis: consent).
• Navigation data: user-agent, page language, and UTM parameters (when present) — collected automatically to measure campaign reach (legal basis: legitimate interest).

3. Purpose

We use your data to reach back to you and introduce Kliv to your development company. We don't use the institutional site for behavioral advertising, and we don't share data with third parties beyond the processors below.

4. Data processors

• Supabase: form storage (Postgres database).
• Vercel: hosting and site delivery.
• Cloudflare: DNS and distribution.

All have data processing agreements (DPAs) and international transfer clauses compliant with LGPD (art. 33) and ANPD Resolution 19/2024.

5. Your rights

You can request at any time:

• Access to your data
• Correction of incorrect data
• Deletion
• Objection to processing
• Portability (export)

6. Retention

We keep form data for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain the commercial relationship. Leads that don't convert are anonymized after 24 months of inactivity.
