Legal bases

  • Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX) — for navigation/UTM
  • Contract performance (art. 7, V) — when your company becomes a Kliv client

Security

We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures: TLS 1.3 in transit, Row-Level Security on the database, least-privilege access, and auditing of processors.

If you feel your rights weren't respected, you can file a complaint with the Brazilian Data Protection Authority at gov.br/anpd.
